Classic Shot: Johnson/Ronson Edition
Patrick McMullan's archives are full of treasures like this classic shot of Betsey Johnson with Marc Ronson at Puffy's White Party in September 1999. These two really worked on their tans that year!

Super Bowl Fun Fact!
Madonna knocked it out of the park last night during the Super Bowl halftime show, but what about those dancing gladiators? Hubba, hubba! We hear our peeps at Calvin Klein donated 200 pairs of underwear to costume the boys for the performance. Anything for Madge!

Happy Days

La Liz
While some eyes remain on Kate and Pippa, we're old skool here at Chic HQ. We still want to see what the Queen is going to pick out of her faboo closet at the castle. She pulled her looks together over the weekend in Norfolk, England during a visit to Kings Lynn Town Hall celebrating 60 years to the day since she became Monarch. Where does the time go? Work that aqua, Liz!

Correspondence We Actually Receive: Brecht's Maximiliano Courage
When the subject of an e-mail is "You May Appreciate," we're intrigued! When it's coming from Creed's VP of Communications Adam Brecht, we appreciate! File under: RANDOM!
Dear Chic,I was feeling rather bummed about a big abdominal scar I acquired as a result of emergency surgery in October. But then my CREED polo teammate (and Argentina-born, LA-based Telemundo actor) Maximiliano Palacio sent me the attached shot showing a scar can be...rakish. It really does give hope. Max said to me, "Scars on people are like stripes on tigers."Lucky to have friends like that!
